I ordered from spyder.com and had to reach out to customer service about my shipping info. They were polite and did eventually help, but waiting a couple days for every reply got frustrating. I just wanted a quick update, not a whole back-and-forth that dragged on. The issue was fixed in the end, so I can’t say it was a bad experience, but I definitely wish they were faster about responding...

I grabbed this jacket on sale, it’s been a really good buy. It’s warm, comfortable, and doesn’t feel cheap at all. For what I paid, I’m happy with it

My order did show up in the end, but it was a few days late and the tracking barely updated, so I felt a bit embarrassed having to keep checking and wondering where it was. The clothes were fine once they arrived, but the delivery experience could definitely be better.

I found my size quickly and checking out was simple. it was all smooth and easy, then suddenly I realized I was done already, which was kind of amazing.

It fits fine overall, but after wearing it for a while the comfort starts to feel a little weird, not sure how to explain it. It’s not terrible, just not as comfortable as I hoped.

i’ve had a mixed experience with spyder sizing. The quality of the stuff I’ve ordered has usually been solid, but the fit feels kind of all over the place. One jacket fit exactly how I expected, then I got a hoodie in the same size and it was way tighter than it should’ve been.

The return process was fine, not the smoothest ever but not a huge hassle either. I still like some of their gear and would probably order again, but I really wish their size charts were more dependable so it didn’t feel like a guessing game every time...

The jacket feels really solid and well made, but it definitely runs a bit small. Id recommend sizing up if you want a more comfortable fit.

I picked up a Spyder jacket for skiing, i’m a bit biased because I’ve usually had good luck with Spyder gear. Still, this one surprised me with how breathable it is. After a few runs, I wasn’t all sweaty or uncomfortable, even with layers underneath. The fit feels right too, not too bulky or restrictive. So far, I’m happy with it.

Got a jacket from spyder.com. Feels nice overall. Soft inside. Not too heavy. The outside is a little stiff at first, though. Maybe it’ll break in. I like it, just not a full 5 stars.

I bought this Spyder jacket mostly for early morning walks and a few ski days, and I really wanted to like it. The fit is fine and it does look sharp — I actually liked little things like the zipper pulls and how clean the stitching looks around the cuffs. But warmth-wise, it just didn’t do much for me. Even on mornings that weren’t brutally cold, I found myself adding a fleece underneath, and I could still feel the chill through the front and around my arms. For the price, I expected it to trap heat a lot better. Nice-looking jacket, but I’m disappointed with how little insulation it seems to have.

I ordered a jacket from spyder.com, and overall the fit was about what I expected. The only thing that threw me off was the color. From the photos, it looked like a brighter blue, but in person it’s more of a darker, slightly muted shade.

I’d say it’s still a nice jacket, so I ended up keeping it, but I do wish the pictures had been a bit closer to the real color. Not a major issue, just a little disappointing considering the price.

My order arrived without any real issues, but the box was a little crushed when it showed up. The item inside was safe, so that was good, but I did expect better packaging from spyder.com. It was not a terrible experience, just not great either.

The waterproofing mostly did its job and kept things dry for the most part, but there were still a few leaks here and there. What really bothered me was the timing, of course the leaks showed up right when I needed everything to stay dry the most. Overall, it was just okay.
